C++ regains popularity; secures third spot in TIOBE's April index (JNNC Technologies)

In use for over three decades now, the popularity of C++ programing language did fall amid an influx of new programming languages. However, C++ is now bouncing back in the popularity charts and was in fact ranked as the #3 programming language in TIOBE's April 2019 index. C++ has moved up to the third place in TIOBE's April 2019 index. TIOBE index is a measure of the popularity of programming languages and the rankings are calculated based on the number of searches around queries containing the name of the programming language.
